CSUN Music Therapy Program
“The CSUN Music Therapy program was established in 1984 by Professor Ron Borczon who still directs the program today. The program leads to Bachelor of Arts degree and designed to meet the competences as laid out by the American Music Therapy Association. Upon completion of the program you are eligible to take national board exam as given by the Certification Board for Music Therapists. The CSUN Music Therapy program boasts a 93% first time passing rate on the test. The program is very experiential with many in class experiences being offered by both professors and students alike.
